Pressure equipment
What we offer:
We offer custom pressure testers, for example for checking and calibrating sensors. Our pressure testers reach pressures of up to 10,000bar and frequencies of up to 20Hz.
We also build pressure intensifiers to customer requirements, using these devices pressure is transferred from one medium to another or increased.
The devices are powered hydraulically, electrically, pneumatically or manually.

Hydraulic pressure tester
- A pressure intensifier increases and transfers the hydraulic pressure to the test medium
- The controller regulates the pressure based on the defined setpoint curve
Electrical pressure tester
- An electrical drive pushes a piston into a cylinder and in this way applies the pressure directly to the test medium, as a consequence only one pressure circuit is required
- Electrical cylinders with a roller screw and integrated servomotor or short stroke actuators, also driven with servomotors, can be used for the drive
- The pressure regulation is programmed in the servo controller and runs in a fast 500µs task, the servo controller also has PLC functionality and therefore undertakes all control functions for the entire unit
