We design, plan and build custom hydraulic units and hydraulic systems incl. the electrical controller for your application and make available to you complete documentation with a 3D-CAD model, hydraulic and electrical diagrams, parts lists along with installation and operating instructions. We procure the components at the best possible price-performance ratio. The units are assembled and checked in our workshop; delivery is just-in-time.

Small unit with cylinders and locking unit
- Circuit for cylinders with locking unit
- Due to the locking units the cylinders can be held in any position required
Test unit
- Hydraulic unit with eight switched pressure connections and one hydraulic motor connection
- The pressures can be adjusted separately and can be switched manually or via a process controller
- The unit has a dedicated cooling unit for oil cooling
Multiple circuit unit
- This unit has two process circuits and one auxiliary circuit
- The pumps for the process circuits are driven by servo motors, as a result the oil pressure can be regulated by the servomotors without a valve
- As, apart from the auxiliary circuit, there is no continuous oil circulation and the oil is not continuously pressed past the control edges, the oil volume can be reduced to a minimum
- The unit was built in a very compact form
