We have developed an emergency shut off pilot valve that immediately switches hydraulic systems to unpressurised circulation in case of a malfunction or a hazard for people or the environment.

The manual 4/2 way emergency shut off valve can also be used as a 3/2 way pilot valve for larger valves. In the ON position, P is connected to A, B is connected to T. The control slide has a detent with a spring loaded ball such that it is not actuated if pressed accidentally.

To switch the emergency shut off, the red knob must be pushed hard; P is connected to B, A is connected to T. The valve is locked in the emergency shut off position.

To reset the emergency shut off, the green sleeve must be pushed against the valve body and the red knob pulled back to its initial position at the same time.

The valve is corrosion-protected and is used in the offshore sector.
